At Walkin Footwear, we offer exchanges under the following terms:

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
No exchange requests will be accepted after 3 days from the delivery date.
Customers are responsible for the courier charges for both the return and the replacement shipment. (Delivery charges for both sides will be paid by the customer.)
If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 3 days. We will review the issue and arrange an exchange if applicable.
